Buried in Cemetery No. 288, Liverpool, England. Remains returned to U. S. on Aug. 23, 1920, and buried at Grand Forks, N. Dak., on Sept. 7, 1920.

Name included on the All Veterans Memorial at State Capitol in Bismarck ND.

Biography:

Not a registrant, over age. Born, Elora, Ontario, Dec. 18, 1877. Naturalized citizen. Occupation - physician and surgeon. Appointed from civil life and commissioned 1st Lieutenant, in Officers Reserve Corps, in Jan., 1918. Called into action service as a 1st Lieutenant, Medical Corps, on June 26, 1918. Assigned to Medical Corps, to death. Overseas from Nov. 16, 1918, to death.
