Registered Sargent county. Born, Forman, D. T., June 17, 1889, of Swedish parents. Occupation - farmer. Inducted at Forman on July 22, 1918. Sent to Camp Custer, Mich. Served in 40th Company, 10th Battalion, 160th Depot Brigade, to Aug. 14, 1918; Company E, 78th Infantry, to death.
