Not a registrant, army nurse. Born, Traverse county, Minn., May 7, 1887, of (nationality of parents not given). Occupation - nurse. Enlisted in Army Nurse Corps, on July 24, 1918. Served at Base Hospital, For Des Moines, Iowa, to Sept. 27, 1918; Base Hospital, Camp Devens, Mass., to discharge.
