Registered Steele county. Born, Termestrup, Denmark, Feb. 10, 1892. Citizenship, alien. Occupation - laborer. Inducted at Sherbrooke on Sept. 6, 1917. Served in Company L, 352nd Infantry, to Nov. 28, 1917; Company I, 348th Infantry, to June 11, 1918; Camp Pike Replacement Draft, to July 27, 1918; Company H, 23rd Infantry, to death. Overseas from June 22, 1918, to death. Engagements: Offensives: St. Mihiel; Meuse-Argonne. Defensive Sectors: Limey and Marbache (Lorraine).
