Biography:

Registered Cavalier county. Born, McIntosh, Minn., Oct. 4, 1890, of Norwegian-American parents. Occupation - farmer. Inducted at Langdon on Sept. 21, 1917. Sent to Camp Dodge, Iowa. Served in Comany M, 352nd Infantry, to Nov. 28, 1917; Company M, 348th Infantry, to April 12, 1918; Company C, 58th Infantry, to death. Overseas from May 7, 1918, to death. Engagement: Offensive: Aisne-Marne.
