Registered Logan county. Born, Akkerman, Germany, Aug. 11, 1893. Declarant citizen. Occupation - laborer. Inducted at Napoleon on June 24, 1918. Sent to Camp Dodge, Iowa. Served in 163rd Depot Brigade, to June 26, 1918; Company C, 352nd Infantry, to death. Overseas from Aug. 15, 1918, to death.
