Served in 23rd Company, 6th Battalion, 166th Depot Brigade, to June 15, 1918; Company K, 158th Infantry, to Sept. 20, 1918; Company K, 306th Infantry, to death. Overseas from Aug. 11, 1918, to death. Engagements: Offensive: Meuse-Argonne. Defensive Sector: Foret-d'Argonne (Lorraine).
