Biography:

Registered Stutsman county. Born, Kasson, Minn., March 11, 1889, of American parents. Occupation - farmer. Inducted at Jamestown, on June 27, 1918. Sent to Camp Dodge, Iowa. Served in 163rd Depot Brigade, to July 18, 1918; Battery F, 339th Field Artillery, to death. Overseas from Aug. 24, 1918, to death.
