Registered Ransom county. Born, Curtis, Okla., April 8, 1895, of (nationality of parents not given). Occupation - laborer. Inducted at Lisbon on Sept. 21, 1917. Served in Company L, 352nd Infantry, to Nov. 28, 1917; Company I, 348th Infantry, to June 11, 1918; Camp Pike June Automatic Replacement Draft, to July 27, 1918; Company H, 23rd Infantry, to death. Overseas from June 22, 1918, to death. Engagements: Offensives: St. Mihiel; Meuse-Argonne. Defensive Sectors: Limey and Marbache (Lorraine).
