Not a registrant. Born, Galesburg, N. Dak., Aug. 24, 1897, of Norwegian-American parents. Occupation - farmer. Enlisted at Fargo on July 12, 1918. Sent to Jefferson Barracks, Mo. Served in Battery C, 36th Artillery, Coast Artillery Corps, to death.
