Registered Richland county. Born, Kindred, N. Dak., Sept. 12, 1891, of Norwegian parents. Occupation - laborer. Inducted at Wahpeton on July 22, 1918. Sent to Camp Custer, Mich. Served in 11th Company, 3rd Training Battalion, 160th Depot Brigade, to (date not given); Company L, 77th Infantry, to death.
