Registered Ward county. Born, Larwill, Ind., Aug. 22, 1889, of American parents. Occupation - farmer. Inducted at Minot on July 22, 1918. Sent to Camp Custer, Mich. Served in 46th Company, 12th Battalion, 160th Depot Brigade, to Aug. 18, 1918; Supply Company, 40th Field Artillery, Camp Custer, Mich., to death.
