Served in Company H, 2nd Battalion, 163rd Depot Brigade, to July 13, 1918; Company L, 138th Infantry, to death. Overseas from May 3, 1918, to death. Engagements: Offensive: Meuse-Argonne. Defensive Sectors: Grange-le-Comte (Lorraine); Gerardmer (Alsace).
