Registered Cass county. Born, Tower City, N. Dak., April 29, 1896, of Austrian parents. Occupation - farmer. Inducted at Fargo on Feb. 16, 1918. Sent to Vancouver Barracks, Wash. Served in 453rd Aero Construction Squadron (80th Spruce Squadron), to death.
