Sent to Camp Dodge, Iowa. Served in Company D, 1st Battalion, 163rd Depot Brigade, to April 18, 1918; Field Hospital No. 41, to death. Grade: Wagoner, Aug. 2, 1918. Overseas from July 9, 1918, to death. Engagements: Offensives: St. Mihiel; Meuse-Argonne.
