Registered Grand Forks county. Born, Molda, Norway, Oct. 20, 1891. Declarant citizen. Occupation - laborer. Inducted at Grand Forks on Dec. 7, 1917. Served in Company D, 352nd Infantry, to March 30, 1918; Company K, 326th Infantry, to death. Overseas from April 29, 1918, to death. Engagements: Offensives: St. Mihiel; Meuse-Argonne. Defensive Sectors: Lucey and Marbache (Lorraine).
