Served in Headquarters Company, 352nd Infantry, to July 27, 1918; Company No. 15, 4th Battalion, 163rd Depot Brigade, to Aug. 14, 1918; Company C, 37th Battalion, US Guards, The Presidio of San Francisco, Calif., to death. Grade: Bugler, Sept. 15, 1918.
