Registered Burleigh county. Born, Marinette, Wis., Sept. 19, 1887, of Irish parents. Occupation - train dispatcher. Inducted at Bismarck on Aug. 29, 1918. Sent to Camp Dodge, Iowa. Served in 64th Company, 16th Battalion, 163rd Depot Brigade, to Oct. 2, 1918; 31st Company, 8th Battalion, 163rd Depot Brigade, to Oct. 11, 1918; 5th Personnel Office, 163rd Depot Brigade, to death.
