Registered Logan county. Born, Lehr, N. Dak., May 24, 1893, of (nationality of parents not given). Occupation - unknown. Inducted at Napoleon on May 24, 1918. Served in 15th Company, 4th Battalion, Depot Brigade, to June 17, 1918; Company D, 158th Infantry, to Sept. 9, 1918; Company A, 128th Infantry, to death. Overseas from Aug. 11, 1918, to death. Engagement: Offensive: Meuse-Argonne.
