Registered Cass county. Born, Paisley, Ont., Sept. 19, 1891. Naturalized citizen. Occupation - salesman. Inducted at Fargo on July 23, 1918. Sent to Camp Custer, Mich. Served in 19th Company, 5th Battalion, 160th Depot Brigade, to Aug. 18, 1918; Battery A, 40th Field Artillery, to death. Grade: Corporal, Sept. 13, 1918.
