Admin & Office Services 

Jobs whose primary duties generally involve providing administrative, operations, office, and/or customer support.

Analyst

Jobs which require specialized knowledge of a field, process, or activity and whose primary duties generally involve analysis of data for operations, reporting, and/or formulating recommendations.

Compliance, Inspection & Investigative Services

Jobs whose primary duties generally involve evaluation of information related to compliance, inspection, and/or investigation work, other than Protective Services. 

Education Services 

Jobs whose primary duties generally involve providing instruction and/or managing one or more educational functions. 

Engineering & Planning Services

Jobs whose primary duties generally involve engineering and/or planning activities.  

Facility Services

Jobs whose primary duties generally involve the maintenance of buildings, facilities, and/or grounds. Individuals assigned to this family may also supervise the persons performing these duties. This family also includes individuals who may manage a facility or a portion of a facility. 

Fiscal Services

Jobs whose primary duties generally involve fiscal, financial management, accounting, and/or budgetary activities.  

Human Services

Jobs whose primary duties generally involve assistance, support, and/or management activities that are intended to improve the quality of life of defined service populations.

Information Services

Jobs whose primary duties generally involve information technology systems and services, including design, development, and operations. 

Manager/Director/Chief

Jobs that are responsible for administering all or part of an organizational or programmatic unit, including management of staff. 

Medical Services

Jobs whose primary duties generally involve providing health care and/or managing health care program(s). 

Natural Resources & Environmental Services

Jobs whose primary duties generally involve natural resources, environmental, and/or wildlife emphasis. 

Professional Services

Jobs whose primary purpose is to perform activities that are generally associated with an occupation requiring substantial training within a defined body of knowledge.

Program Manager

Jobs whose primary duties generally involve program administration.  Individuals in this family are responsible for the making sure a program meets the strategic and customer-facing goals of the Agency. 

Protective Services

Jobs whose primary duties generally involve law enforcement, criminal investigation, emergency services, forensics, and/or corrections/rehabilitation.

Trade Services

Jobs whose primary duties generally involve specialized manual skills, other than Facility Services.
