Political Subdivision Annual Budgets
The 2013 Legislative Assembly passed House Bill 1015 that included Section 26, which added a new subsection to 54-44.1-18 of the North Dakota Century Code. This subsection states that the governing body of any political subdivision may submit their approved annual budget to OMB.
