The State of North Dakota has entered into a new contract (#237) with Presort Plus, LLC. Any state entity that is going to utilize this new contract will to have to sign a new participating addendum with Presort Plus.
Location for the new participating addendum:
- Go to the OMB State Contracts webpage.
- Click on List State Contracts.
- Scroll to contract #237 (you can arrange by number by clicking on the column header titled Number) and select the View option on the far right. This will display the contract details and the vendors information.
This contract is mandatory. Cooperative purchasing language has been included in the contracts and they can be utilized by state entities, institutions under the jurisdiction of the State Board of Higher Education, other government entities (including counties, cities, townships, public primary and secondary educational entities, governmental boards and commissions), nonprofit entities established on behalf of public entities, tribal agencies, transportation providers under NDCC Chapter 39-04.2, and the International Peace Garden.
