OMB is still planning to change the bidding thresholds, but the change will not be effective July 1. State agency procurement officers must continue to use the current thresholds until a change is formally announced by OMB. More information related to this project will be provided later in July.

Surplus Property's AssetWorks Gets an Updated Look!

The Surplus Property program, AssetWorks, will have a new look and enhanced performance effective May 26! The process and functionality will remain the same, but the color will change.
There will be a new link to the AssetWorks login page and new barcode fonts available on OMB's website on Friday May 26. For those who print labels, agencies should work with their IT staff to assist with the downloading and installation of the new barcode fonts.

Public Access to the Capitol Building, Effective May 1, 2017
April 25, 2017 | Posted in: Public, State Employee, AgencyEffective May 1, 2017 the ONLY public entrance into the Capitol building will be the South (tunnel) entrance, which will be open Monday through Friday from 7:15 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Weekend hours will be limited during summer months. The metal detectors will remain at the south entrance, staffed by NDHP security during regular business hours. All entrances will be accessible by state employees with valid state-issued identification card keys.
