COVID-19 Exposure at State Surplus Property

Monday, October 19, 2020: It has come to our attention that there has been potential COVID-19 exposure at State Surplus Property. For the health and safety of our team members and customers, we have decided to close State Surplus Property until COVID-19 test results are received. This closure is both for the public as well as eligible organizations (such as state agencies, political subdivisions, etc.) We will update you with reopening details as we know more.

The State of North Dakota has entered into a new contract (#237) with Presort Plus, LLC. Any state entity that is going to utilize this new contract will to have to sign a new participating addendum with Presort Plus.

State Contract: Blockchain, Identity Management, Digital Credentials Vendor Pool

The State has established an additional vendor pool contract (#195) for Blockchain, Identity Management, and Digital Credential services for both project-based and staff-augmentation work. The contract includes consulting only and consulting + technology solution categories. Please see the Contract Information document on the SPO website below for full details. Some areas require full competition within the pool.

Changes to State of North Dakota Employment Verification

As an employer, the State of North Dakota receives volumes of requests from third parties that need to verify employment and salary history for current and former team members. The state has entered into a contract with uConfirm to help speed up the verification process for employees and verifiers. Effective, September 1, 2020, all state employee verifications of employment will be handled by uConfirm.
