To ensure emails are received by appropriate personnel, the State Fire and Tornado Fund asks policyholders to provide key contact information for administrative, office and maintenance staff. As part of our outreach program, the Fund periodically emails loss prevention and risk management advisories to staff responsible for maintenance, heating and cooling, refrigeration and kitchen facilities. Having current contact information will allow the Fund to direct this information to the appropriate staff.
