Renewal of fertilizer dealer licenses and product registrations due
BISMARCK – Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring says fertilizer distributors and manufacturers must renew their licenses and product registrations by June 30.
“Current license holders and product registrants are being notified by mail and email.” Goehring said. “The licenses and registrations can be renewed online at www.kellysolutions.com/nd or by mailing the forms and fees to the North Dakota Department of Agriculture (NDDA).”
Failure to renew licenses and registrations can result in late fees, product cancellation and license suspension. The licenses and registrations are in effect for two years.
North Dakota currently has 545 licensed fertilizer distributors. More than 3,500 fertilizer products are registered with the state.
Goehring said questions about license and registration renewals should be directed to Amanda Hayen, NDDA registration and licensing assistant, at (701) 328-1500 or email@example.com.
