Producers can access list of hay haulers on Drought Hotline map
BISMARCK – Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring is encouraging livestock producers searching for hay haulers to access the North Dakota Department of Agriculture’s Drought Hotline interactive map.
The map, available here, provides contact information for more than 30 hay haulers, as well as multiple options for producers looking to find hay or feedlots in North Dakota and other states.
“I have heard from producers who say they can’t find a trucker to haul hay. The Department of Agriculture has been in contact with several truckers who are available and at reasonable rates,” Goehring said. “I’m urging producers to access our Drought Hotline to find the hay haulers who best fit their needs and budget.”
Producers with questions are encouraged to call the Drought Hotline at 701-425-8454 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
