2011 PRIDE OF DAKOTA DIRECTORY NOW AVAILABLE
BISMARCK – The new Pride of Dakota 2011 Member Directory is now available from the North Dakota Department of Agriculture (NDDA).
“This new directory is the largest ever – a reflection of the continuing growth in the Pride of Dakota program,” said Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring. “More than 460 companies currently participate in Pride of Dakota.”
Goehring said the directory is “a guide to high quality, North Dakota-made products, including foods and condiments, wearing apparel, paper goods, gift and decorative items, recordings and more.”
Each company listing in the directory contains the company name, contact person, street and mailing addresses, phone number, e-mail address and website, as well as brief descriptions of the company's products. Many companies have also included pictures of their products or logos.
Free copies of the Pride of Dakota 2011 Membership Directory are available by calling NDDA at (800) 242-7535. Copies can also be ordered through the NDDA website under publications.
Administered by North Dakota Department of Agriculture Business Development Division, the Pride of Dakota program provides member companies with cooperative marketing and promotional events, such as in-store demonstrations, Pride of Dakota Day, the Holiday Showcases and Harvest Showcase. The program also provides educational opportunities and representation at regional, national and international marketing expositions.
