November 5, 2013 - Generic Service Requests

All Users

  • Generic service requests will no longer require customers to select a service group destination prior to submittal.  Instead, Generic service requests will now be routed to the ITD Service Desk who will review and transfer them to the proper destination.
  • Generic service requests that are internal to an agency will be unchanged; if the agency has internal service groups, customers will continue to select an internal service group destination prior to submittal.
