The short description of a service request will now be sent to the Customer Feedback Management System (CFMS) when a service request is completed. The CFMS application maintains the customer survey information for the WMS and ITSM applications.
Trending has been added to the "Requests Completed On-Time - Charts" report. If the date range entered is < 27 days, the report will assume week trending and will display 24 weeks of trending. If the date range entered is >= 28 days, the report will assume month trending and will display 6 months of trending.
