In order to assess ITD's effectiveness and to identify opportunities for improvement, a very brief survey has been added to the Work Management System. The email notification traditionally sent upon work-completion or completion of a service request will now include a link to an online survey. The questions can be answered in seconds, and will provide customers with the opportunity to comment on Courtesy and Professionalism, Skills and Knowledge, Quality of Work, Timeliness of Work, and Overall Experience. The email notification sent upon completion of an internal service request will not include a link to an online survey.
