  • For internal service requests, the non-functional "Actual Hours" link has been removed from the "Overview: Service Request Tasks and Assignments" pages.
  • Minutes documents have been standardized to use the "Response Attachments" field name.
  • Impact of Change documents have been standardized to use the "Internal Notes" and "Internal Attachments" field names.

ITD Users

  • An SQL statement used in the display of the "Service Requests For Time Entry" page was tuned to improve performance.
