April 21, 2005 - Work Queue
- If a Work Order or Service Request is edited so that it will be in a new sort order on the Work Queue, the user is returned to its new sort location on the Work Queue. Previously, the user was returned to its former sort location.
- On the Edit Task List page, when a new task is added, the (unique) task number can be up to 15 characters (previously up to 9 characters were allowed).
- Service Requests assigned to the Software Architecture Team will be assigned Team 'R' in the Mainframe TIME system.
- In the Work Queue "Process Service Requests" table, the Est-Completion-Date column is now sorted by YYYYMMDD. Previously it was sorted by MMDDYYYY.
