The Enterprise Citizen Experience (Cx) provides agencies with access to training and tools that enable a consistent, end-to-end experience across channels and departments, such as the State Website Platform.
ITD's Citizen Experience (Cx) service was created out of a need to help agencies navigate a communication environment where traditional media is on a steep decline and new communication media is centered around technology. Understanding and navigating traditional media is still critical for agencies, but citizens are increasingly looking to websites, social media, email, and other forms of digital communication when finding information and interacting with government. Whether it's developing a communication strategy, learning how to use Adobe Photoshop, or interpreting Google Analytics results, through the Enterprise Cx Service we hope to provide state agencies with the direction and resources needed to improve the citizen experience.
