The goal is to have an Information Management Analyst review current processes and provide recommendations for improvements. The analyst will concentrate on the areas listed below:

  • Accuracy of Records Retention Schedule
  • Records Disposal Process
  • Utilizing Filing Systems

 Forms Management Practices

  • Inventory of State Form Numbers
  • Forms Design
