ITD has planned datacenter outages from 3:00 am to 9:00 am on March 8 and March 15. During these times, all services requiring network connectivity into or within the datacenter will be unavailable until at least 7:00 am. Services will be restored chronologically between 7:00 am and 9:00 am.

Updates may be posted on ITD's Twitter while traditional communication channels are unavailable. A Service Desk analyst will also be available for questions at 701-328-4470.  (Phone service will remain available.)

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your patience and consideration as ITD upgrades hardware to improve system capabilities.

NOTE: With limited advance notice, ITD may be required to move either outage from Saturday to Sunday because of hazardous winter weather and public safety concerns.
