Recently, I have seen a couple ITSM tickets submitted about users having problems working with files in FileNet.  While troubleshooting the problem, we discovered that the user was trying to use Google Chrome as the browser.  IBM FileNet does not support using Google Chrome.  Some things may work and others may not.  To prevent users submitting ITSM tickets, please let your users know that they should be using Internet Explorer or Firefox.
