ITD conducts an annual survey every July to ensure that ITD's services are aligned with their customers' business needs and expectations. Agency executives, business professionals, and IT professionals are encouraged to participate in the Annual Customer Survey, focusing on services received between July 1, 2012 and June 30, 2013. ITD's ultimate goal is to provide excellent customer service and feedback collected from ITD's customers is essential to help provide lasting improvements.
