Cabinaw, who brings 24 years of industry experience in technology, digital engagement, product management and citizen experience strategies to her role, will be joining GovLoop’s Chris Dorobek, and Andrew Buss, Deputy Chief Information Officer for Innovation Management for the City of Philadelphia, to talk about innovative trends in government technology, communications, engagement and digital services.

Cabinaw co-authored a recent blog titled “Working as One to Reinvent Government.” The webinar is free and open to the public. Registration is available on the GovLoop website.

“Technology enables many opportunities to transform processes and engage with consumers, whether your business involves products or delivering services to citizens,” said Cabinaw. “I’m excited to share how we are pursuing four pillars of reinvention: culture, working as one, citizen experience and digital engagement, to help provide world-class services for North Dakota.”
