Lisa Feldner, ND’s Chief Information Officer (CIO), recently participated in the 2011 State CIO Survey.  The results show a new, dynamic environment for CIOs consisting of four Cs – clout, change, collaboration and consolidation.

A survey of the CIOs of 48 states, the District of Columbia, and two territories shows this to be a year of evolving roles, changing capabilities, and trying workloads for IT executives. The report, a New C4 Agenda: Perspectives and Trends from State Government IT Leaders, is sponsored by the National Association of State Chief Information Officers (NASCIO), TechAmerica, and Grant Thornton LLP.
