LuAnn Baker is the Customer Service Manager with the Service Desk on the Enterprise Services team. LuAnn has worked for ITD since 2016. Before starting with ITD, she lived in Fargo, ND and worked for Microsoft and was also a consultant to Microsoft. LuAnn holds a Bachelors of Arts from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Mary.
She specifically enjoys developing her staff and connecting with the agencies in their portfolio. Along with connecting with the agencies, LuAnn has a deep passion for customer service lifecycle. She believes helping the customer is priority number one and an honor.
While not at work, she enjoys spending time with her 3 children and loves to spend as much time as possible at her family lake house in Minnesota.
