The North Dakota Department of Public Instruction (NDDPI) identifies with national research that supports the positive effects of high-quality early learning programs which leads to strong academic achievement. The impetus for this new guide book, a National and State Resource Guide for Early Learning Providers, is to bring together a variety of state and national early learning resources in one document to aide early care and education stakeholders. Although comprehensive, it is not inclusive of all services and resources; rather, a starting point to available resources and services in North Dakota. The National and State Resource Guide for Early Learning Providers is organized by North Dakota state departments that have early care and education initiatives and programs; statewide early childhood agencies and associations; licensing, credentialing, and accreditations information; and national early childhood resources.
