TAKE NOTICE that the North Dakota Department of Public Instruction (NDDPI) will hold a public hearing to address the proposed changes of N.D. Administrative Codes at 9:30 AM on Wednesday, December 9, 2020, in the Missouri River Room at the State Capitol, 600 E. Boulevard Ave., Bismarck, ND 58505.

Due to COVID-19 and the limited number of people who can be physically accommodated in the above-designated public hearing room, we encourage written or oral comments be submitted as set forth above. There will be real-time streaming of the public hearing through Microsoft Teams, and interested parties may also dial in at (701) 328-0959, ID 503127835# to hear the proceedings via telephone. Information concerning access by telephone or Microsoft Teams can be obtained by contacting Jim Upgren with the NDDPI at (701) 328-2244. All individuals who attend, whether virtually or via telephone will be given the opportunity to provide public comments.
