Overview
SNAP participants are issued a debit card for purchasing food products. SNAP benefits are electronically transferred to an account linked to the debit card. Participants use the card, along with a Personal Identification Number (PIN) to purchase food using a Point-of-Sale (POS). North Dakota EBT cards are mailed from Fidelity Information Services (FIS). Undeliverable EBT cards are returned to the Card Pro office and destroyed. A new card needs to be requested by calling ebtEDGE Customer Service at 1-800-630-4655 to be reissued.
