To provide consumers with accurate and comprehensive information, a 100% update rate within a 12-month cycle of records in the resource database will be accomplished by the Aging and Disability Resource Link Database Coordinator.

1. Providers listed in the ADRL Database have the ability to update their listing, at any time, utilizing the “contact us” feature on the ADRL website and requesting their listing be updated. Emails received are forwarded to the ADRL Database Coordinator to update the database, following the Procedures for Maintaining and Updating Provider Listings in the North Dakota Aging and Disability Resource Link (ADRL).

2. Provider updates will be done annually to the entire listing of Providers contained in the database. These annual updates will be handled in quarterly increments as follows:

   • January – providers A-F

   • April – providers G-L

   • July – providers M-S

   • October – providers T-Z

3. Each quarter updates for that range of the alphabet are completed and followed up on, updated or inactivated from the database if they are no longer applicable.
