Occasionally, the applicant will be responsible for the heating bill, but for some reason the bill is not in the applicant's name . This can be resolved by entering the name that is on the bill in the vendor management system with authorizing the vendor.
The applicant may pay the bill himself and be reimbursed as described in 415-35-20-20-05.
