NDCC 50-33-05

 

Only families physically residing within the boundaries of North Dakota are eligible for the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP). There is no state residence duration requirement for eligibility for CCAP.

 

Households may be eligible for CCAP in a month where they do not reside in North Dakota for the full month and received Child Care Assistance in another state. Payment can only be made for hours when the household resided in ND and was in an allowable activity.
