Partnerships Program for Children's Mental Health
- Available to children who have a serious emotional disorder
- Designed to coordinate and provide individualized services for eligible children and their families
- Builds parent-professional partnerships to enhance networking and the linkage of services for families and to reduce out-of-home placements
