Welcome to the North Dakota Statewide Automated Victim Information and Notification (ND SAVIN) Program! ND SAVIN is an innovative service providing crime victims and other concerned citizens free, prompt, and confidential notification and status information for:
Providing victims and other concerned individuals access to timely and reliable criminal justice information.
Notifications are available through phone, email, text message and TTY. Telephone notifications will continue for up to 48 hours until confirmed. You can confirm notification calls by pressing “2”.
If you have any trouble using the online system, please call the 24/7 VINE Helpline. Also, if your contact information changes and you wish to continue to be notified, please call the 24/7 VINE Helpline to update your information. Additional victim resources in your area can be accessed by dialing 2-1-1.
